When booking in with us please be mindful of the below as they will affect your appointment.

To book an appointment with us you are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total to secure your booking.

We have a 24/48hr cancelation policy. If you cancel your appointment, want to change your appointment or miss your appointment within 48hrs before your appointment you will not be refunded your deposit.

We have a 5 day grace period when you get a service done meaning if a nail gets damaged within the 5 days we will fix it free of charge, if it Is outside of the 5 days you will have to pay for a nail repair.

When booking a refill please be mindful that we do not refill any other salons work as we are never certain on what products they have been using. You must book a removal & fresh application.
